❓ What is Rooted Living?
Rooted Living provides safe, stable, and supportive independent housing for individuals transitioning through life challenges—whether coming from homelessness, incarceration, recovery, domestic violence, or aging out of foster care. We offer fully furnished shared or private rooms in secure, drug-free homes with optional support services.

❓ Who is eligible to apply?
We serve:
Seniors, Veterans, Individuals with disabilities, People transitioning from homelessness or incarceration. Survivors of domestic violence, Foster care alumni
Those seeking a second chance in a stable, structured environment
All applicants must be able to live independently.

❓ What documents are required?
To apply, you’ll need:
A valid government-issued ID
Proof of income or benefits (Social Security, disability, job income, etc.)
Case manager contact info (if applicable)

❓ Is Rooted Living a group home or treatment center?
No. Rooted Living is not a licensed care facility, rehab, or group home. It is an independent living program with structure and support services for those who qualify and are ready to take the next step toward personal growth.

❓ What’s included in the monthly rent?
Your monthly program fee includes:
A fully furnished room (shared or private)
Utilities, internet, and home security system
Access to common areas (kitchen, laundry, etc.)
Monthly wellness checks and evaluations

❓ What is the cost?
We offer two pricing models:
Shared Room,Private Room
Each resident also pays a one-time community service fee of $300 (can be split into installments). Please contact for room rates

❓ How do I apply?
You can fill out our intake form online or contact us directly at info@rootedlivingprogram.org or 770-820-7638. A team member will review your application and schedule a phone or in-person screening.

❓ Can I stay long-term?
Yes. Rooted Living is designed for month-to-month residency, with regular evaluations to ensure a good fit. Many residents stay long-term as they continue to grow and stabilize.
